Welcome to New Hope Wedding Photography! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and content located at https://newhopeweddingphotography.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
New Hope Wedding Photography offers professional wedding photography, engagement sessions, and related visual storytelling services. Our offerings include in-person photography, digital photo delivery, print services, and event consultation.
All photography sessions require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Final payment is due prior to the event date or upon delivery of the final product, as outlined in your agreement.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation or delay of services.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if rescheduling is needed.
In the event of client cancellation, additional fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the event.
In rare cases where New Hope Wedding Photography must cancel, all payments will be refunded or rescheduled at your discretion.
Clients are responsible for:
Timely communication and location access on the day of the shoot.
Providing accurate scheduling, contact details, and preferences.
Informing New Hope Wedding Photography of any venue photography restrictions in advance.
All photographs remain the intellectual property of New Hope Wedding Photography unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are granted a limited license to use images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial use or third-party distribution requires express written permission.
Final images will be professionally edited and delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.
Minor retouching is included. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.
RAW files are not included unless specified in your contract.
While we strive to capture every important moment, we are not liable for missed shots due to unforeseen circumstances.
Our liability for any service failure shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
